we love our new tile bathroom

Mark was courteous and professional from the get go. He first responded to our inquiry by coming out to measure and was very helpful by answering our questions and outlining the process. The next day he presented us with a professional bid detailing the work involved to replace our vinyl bathroom floor with the 12” travertine tile we picked out and the 18” travertine for the shower surround. We gave Pristine the job and Mark took care of everything including the purchase of the tile. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with Mark’s professionalism and we love our new tile bathroom. We will definitely use Pristine for all our future needs.

I have gone to Angie’s List and submitted feedback. I’m not a member but the website says they do take non-member feedback and they provide a link to email feedback. “I would like to provide feedback for Pristine Carpet & Floor Coverings. Mark DiFabio is an honest and conscientious contractor. We had his company install engineered hardwood flooring in living room, family room, master bedroom and halls as well as carpet in another bedroom. He also installed Travertine in the entry, fireplace surround, bar area and kitchen. He and his employees were professional and took care in our home. He came back and dealt with an issue even a few years afterwards. I have no qualms about recommending Pristine Carpet & Floor Coverings. It was a pleasure to see the beautiful outcome of Mark's work. We get compliments on the floors every time we have people into our home.”



I do want to thank you again for coming back even years after the fact to rectify the situation. I really do love the floors even though I chose less than scratch resistant flooring. The wear& tear gives it the lived in feeling.
